Kitchen/Family room

This Kitchen is a cooks dream! It's huge! There's plenty of room for more than one cook in this Kitchen. Tons of cabinets and deep drawers along with a huge corner pantry. You'll be able to store all those small kitchen appliances. There's a huge spice drawer and a built-in cutting board. All the appliances are stainless steel and the double oven/flat cook top is a real treat. The bar allows for extra seating or a great place to do homework or make cookies with the kids. This HUGE 35 X 30 room allows you to cook and enjoy your company. The kitchen flows into the family room. The family room is large enough for two couches with tons of space left. The large rock fire place adds warmth and a cozy charm. The 15 foot vault makes this room breath taking and grand.

The reading nook adds a cozy place to sit and  read a book, a place to put the Christmas tree or the extra dining room you need for extra guests.

Laundry Rooms

The house has 2 laundry rooms.  One on each floor. The basement laundry being the largest. It actually makes doing laundry enjoyable. Women always drool over this room. With all the cabinets and storage space it can be used as a craft room as well as a laundry room. The room has cable hook ups so you can watch television while you wash or craft.

The laundry room has a sink and cabinets large enough to hide an ironing board.  With this room you'll never run out of space to put things. The room has Gas as well as electric hook ups for the dryer. A mechanical room (housing the water softener, double water heaters and furnace) and a fruit cellar each adjoin the laundry room.

The main floor has a mudroom that can be transformed into a laundry which is convenient for large families or those looking to avoid stairs. Simply remove mudroom storage unit and wallah.....there's the hookups.

Basement Bedrooms

3 Bedrooms are located on the basement floor. The largest is Huge at 13' x 17' plus a walk-in closet.  It could be used for 3 children easily.

The walls and plush carpet in the room are a neutral camel tan, and the crown molding, baseboard, and ceiling are a warm vanilla. There is a wall shelf that runs along 2 of the walls, a ceiling fan plus cable and phone hookups. The room boasts a large walk-in closet with professionally finished closet organizers including 3 drawers, roll out basket, and plenty of shelving.

The second room is also large, and has a wall shelf along 2 of the walls. It has a ceiling fan, phone jack and cable hookups while the spacious closet has professional closet organizing shelving to maximize space. It has the same neutral camel tan walls and carpet with crown molding, baseboards,and ceiling in warm vanilla.

The Third room is currently used as a exercise room. It has camel tan walls, a short neutral industrial carpet, crown molding, cable and phone hookups, closet organizer, and a wall shelf along one wall.

3 Car Garage

The 3 car garage can fit 3 cars and still has plenty of room for extra storage space.

 The single car garage is 29' deep allowing plenty of space for a long truck or SUV. The 2 car garage is 23.5' deep with lots of space. Both have automatic garage doors with openers.

The garage houses the central  vacuum system as well as an outdoor sink.  The sink is great for messy cleanups that you don't wish to do in the house.
